You create a quote inside WorkflowPro and send it to your client with one click. They receive a link — no app download needed — where they can review the job, toggle optional extras on or off, read your T&Cs, and accept or decline. You get notified instantly when they respond.

Enter the dimensions of each area you’re quoting — length and width. WorkflowPro calculates the total square metres and then tells you exactly how much product to order: how many boxes of flake, how many litres of base coat, how many litres of topcoat. No. WorkflowPro is fully hosted. You log in from any browser. Nothing to download, nothing to install, no WordPress required. If you want the lead capture popup on your website, that requires a small snippet of code added — we can do this for you as part of the Done For You Setup.

SMS reminders are sent via HTTPSMS, which routes messages through your Android phone. You set up the HTTPSMS app on your Android phone, connect it to WorkflowPro, and reminders are sent from your actual mobile number — not a generic 04xx number or a spam-looking shortcode.

iOS doesn’t allow apps to send SMS programmatically — it’s a platform restriction Apple imposed. Android does allow it, which is why HTTPSMS works on Android. If you have an iPhone as your main phone, you can keep a cheap Android on the charger at home purely to send the reminders.

WorkflowPro creates events in your Google Calendar for quote visits and install days. You need a Gmail account to enable this. Once connected, any appointment you schedule in WorkflowPro also appears in your Google Calendar — including weather information for the day.

Site visit reminder (day before the quote visit), install day reminder (morning of the install), follow-up on quotes with no response after a set number of days, and review request after payment. All message templates are customisable.
